Greater Cleveland Food Bank Annual Report

Opportunity

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank (GCFB) provides relief for over 300,000 food insecure people in six counties in the greater Cleveland area. Like most small businesses, GCFB needs to create and distribute annual reports.

While there are a lot of formalities that go into annual reports, the Greater Cleveland Food Bank also wanted to take this opportunity to help spread their mission.

Solution

For 2018 we made an annual report that not only demonstrated the Greater Cleveland Food Bank's strong financial position, but also helped spread resources for the food insecure.

Most of their donors also provide additional internal services for the food insecure, so we featured them in the report. Including these features allowed GCFB to proliferate these resources, and further their mission.

The report was also done in a colorful duotone style. Hunger is a serious topic and must be handled sensitively. The use of duotone photographs allowed for us to focus on people, Cleveland, and the positive impact of GCFB.
